Custom Global CORPORATE Wellbeing & Food System

Molly works with a Fortune 500 company to develop, design, launch, and maintain a global custom access to healthy food program. The program has been integrated across over 25 facilities globally. Additionally, Molly authors nutrition newsletters, delivers presentations and workshops, and develops food and nutrition programming to support a culture of wellness.

RECIPE AND CONTENT DEVELOPMENT

From national to regional brands and companies, Molly works with companies to develop recipes and nutrition focused content. For example, Molly was Nuts.com "Health Nut" and registered dietitian. SPORTS NUTRITION

Molly is a sports nutrition consultant to the Binghamton University Division 1 Men’s Basketball team, where she creates team sports nutrition workshops and individual nutrition plans.

Additionally for 14 seasons (2004 - 2019) Molly worked as a consultant to the Ottawa and Belleville Senators Hockey teams. She worked with the player development and training staff to develop custom team nutrition workshops and individualized custom nutrition planning/programs.

Molly has been a presenter on sports nutrition to numerous youth teams, recreational clubs, college teams, and coaching groups.

Foodservice Program Design

Molly consulted with a group of 15 schools districts and their food service directors to design and develop the Rock on Café program. The program was initially launched in 2006 and still remains in place today.

Molly has completed hundreds of cooking segments and develops the recipes for the segments. She was Olum’s cooking consultant for their Cooking in the Kitchen segments, check out the video archive on Olum's YouTube channel.
